LAS VEGAS, Nev. — Jason Wieck will be back behind the wheel of the No. 7722 Super Comp dragster at The Strip at Las Vegas Motor Speedway for the weekend portion of the NHRA Division 7 event. His race weekend begins with eliminations on Saturday, November 7, with a spot in Sunday’s rounds on the line.

The Long Beach driver comes to Las Vegas after a fourth-round finish at the Bakersfield Double Divisional in September. After an opening-round loss in the first race, Wieck and car owner and crew chief Thomas Bayer regrouped for the second. Wieck won three straight rounds at Famoso Dragstrip before his weekend ended.
“Every round gives us more information, and we’ll take what we learned here and keep building,” Wieck said after Bakersfield. Las Vegas is the team’s final divisional stop before the NHRA World Finals in Pomona, November 12–15.
Follow No. 7722 this weekend. Division 7 lists the start of eliminations for 8 a.m. Saturday, November 7, with racing scheduled to resume at 8:30 a.m. Sunday, November 8. Both times are local. Fans can follow Wieck’s Super Comp rounds through NHRA Divisional Live Timing.
